I'll have to go with the loin section. I love a good t-bone with HP Sauce.
 
T-bone so well aged you have to get it from the back door of the butchers in case the health inspector is watching.

whatever the part is called that they cook in to a medium steak that's on my plate with mashed potatoes and mushrooms.

i like that part.
