Which P4 gives best OC results for the $?

Keep it, mine ran up to 408Mhz (above pc3200) rock stable although with lower cas-settings in the high end. It'll be good enough unless you plan to get insane ramspeeds like Thug (or me, running my Corsair pc3200 at ddr434 = pc3500 )

Sure, apart from the ram it's the same setup as Baudros - Ice under my Rigs. I had to run the Samsung at the lowest possible setting though, 2.5/3/3/7 to be able to run at ddr400+ but still quite good for pc2700 I'd say
