I have 1 system thats runs 98 and 2000 pro. I want to share cable broadband with another system. What OS should I install on that system. I heard it is easier with 2000. What do ya think? Thanks !
Seconded. I went from 98SE to 2kPro and have never looked back. XP is a fine system, but I haven't moved yet: (1) there's not a compelling need as long as you have driver support for 2k, and (2) some drivers in XP don't appear to be ready yet (e.g., non-Orinoco wireless NICs). My 2¢.
