Quick fills, and some of the best rates around. Especially for penny stocks.

TDWaterhouse has been good for me. Although they just raised trades to $14.95

try datek. i switched to them from etrade.

datek is the best i think. they have relatively low trade rates (like $10 i believe) and they have the best tools. i'm using tdwaterhouse right now, becuz when i opened my account initially, their min account balance worked for me (td's was $1000, while datek's was $2000).

just cancelled datek.
they have new policy of min 4 trades per qtr or faced w/ 'account maintence' fees
TD water house also have the maintenance fee if u dun make specific number of trades...

I have an account with TD Waterhouse. I haven't been getting charged a maintenance fee. However they just recently raised the commission fee for each transaction.
