I am a casual gamer with a Athlon 1.4 Geforce 2 pro but am looking to upgrade a bit. Don't want the latest and greatest. Willing to spend a little over $100 for a card. NVIDIA has never let me down so I would like to go with a Geforce 4 TI4200. Just not sure what to look for. Again, I don't really care about TV Tuners, S-Video, etc... (although, I do some DV editing and if there is a plus there...then maybe). Anyway, here's what I have found. Let me know if I should go ahead or stay away. BTW...I live a mile from this store so shipping won't be an issue.

Any suggestions welcom.
BTW...I have no plans to OC.

Thanks for you help.

the chaintech one is good... I don't know about the ABIT one. But i believe there would be no differences between them.

with the same chipset.. both cards would on par with each other... probably the difference are only in overclockability. (better memory and heat dissipation solutions would result in a much better overclocking).

you would probably want to pick up the one that had a better HSF and better rated memory :)
