If you plan on keeping the card for over a year I would opt for the MSI 128mg. They Gainward may overclock higher but for the same price an extra 64mg of ram will be nice in some of the high texture games coming out this year.
Do not get the Geforce4MX; it will do antialiasing better than the Geforce3 and that is all. It is a Mostly DX7 and not DX8 as is the geforece3.

If you can find one in the same price range the ATI 8500LE is much more feature rich and essentially trouble free and very fast with the last 3 sets of drivers.

Well, I'm planning to keep it for at least 2 years :)
I don't like to buy PC components often, right now I have a TNT card which I won't throw away but give it to a cousin. I need something that will last.

Hmm, I see now that this MSI card has Video in too. Perhaps it's something that adds some more value.
BTW, what's the VIVO? Video In Video Out? It says here TVOut and VIVO...

How much "extra cash" will be required? And when will it come out?

Someone posted that they will be shipping may 2nd (I don't know if thats true or not). If at all possible I'd try and scrouge up the 70 extra bucks, as this card will be significantly faster than any geforce 3. If you do anything, for the love of God don't get a geforce 4 mx.
