If this was your rig, you have a Classic AMD 950mh Slot A cpu, 256 megs of 133mh SDRAM, which MB would you get:

Asus K7V KX133 UDMA/66 ?

Either one is a good choice,dollar for dollar,the ATA 100 would be a plus.IF you prefer Asus,you can add ATA 100 later if needed.
