Which one?

I am oversees until mid May and am tired of using my girlfriend´s computer. These two Asus Laptops fit my pricepoint and size pref. but would the Ati 1700 mobile card be slower than a nvidia 7600 considering the latter only comes with 1.66ghz core 2 as opposed to the 2.0ghz on the Ati laptop? I am a retired gamer, however I would love the option to actually be able to game if I felt like it (games like CS:S, WoW).

Any opinions would be very helpful, as I need to order one within the week to get it flown over here with a friend that is coming to visit.

7700 Go >> MR X1700 = MR X1600 >(a lot of the time) 7600 Go

I'd go with the ATI notebook in this case.

agreed. plus, if you're not going to be gaming (just want the option just in case you do), you should be looking at the other specs, in which the ATI is still better in (faster CPU).
