Should i buy Age Of Mythology or Age of Empires III?

Edit: I have Empire Earth II, so i'm looking for a game i can switch off to when i get bored of EE2.

it's been a long time since i've played, but i remember single player was fun to me, missions were good, each side has unique myth units, and i liked the whole ancient setting with gods and creatures and stuff like that
