Hello. I wil soon ditch this POS 1.7 Celeron (at 2.0) on the POS Willamette core
, in favour of one of two possible processors. I am thinking of either getting a 2.4C and overclocking it, or getting a 2.4A and o/cing the garbage out of it. The reason I am considering the 2.4A is because I don't want to get new RAM. I was looking around and found a P4 2.4A (Prescott) for 166CDN at ncix.com. Should I get this (and be able to use my pc3200 that I already have), or should I get a 2.4C for like 214.99CDN? I could get the 2.4C, o/c it, and use my current ram, but I don't want to have to run a 5:4 ratio. Any help would be appreciated
