Should be worth the wait, many improvements over the console version. As a bonus... Bioware is giving you the downloadable content (at least some)
free of charge (360 gamers have to pay for the DLC).





The best "recent" RPG that I have played in years is NeverWinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer.

Different scope. The Witcher is a story driven RPG. While Oblivion does have a story, it's far more open ended.
 
I'm enjoying Silverfall atm. The original game was flawed (camera, menu's, etc..), so I put it on the shelf. I just bought the expansion "Earth Awakening" and once installed it's fixes tons of stuff and makes the game much more playable. I'm still working through the original, it's a long game.

I'd suggest picking it up, but make sure you also get the expansion or it will just frustrate you.
 
Mass Effect is amazing.... a few problems here & there, but the whole package is really nice. I want to play Titan Quest + the expansion as well, but I'm running onboard graphics @ the moment.

So, when is Fallout III coming out? That shit will be badass.
 
Titan Quest is pretty great but it suffers from a bit of "you can tell the developers were inexperienced" syndrome, still very recommendable and a shame Iron Lore went down.

To be honest there just aren't many good RPGs released on the PC, the DS is getting a pretty healthy dose with games like The World Ends With You and Soma Bringer.
