Which one to keep

So I am going through my stuff and I have the following two power supply's

1) Antec Truepower 750W Modular (Link to Manual) cant find product page
2) Seasonic G-550 (link)

So I am trying to decide which would be best fit for the following machines.

Machine1 - Media/Fileserver - Xeon V3 1240/16GB Ram/6 HDD/Onboard Vid
Machine2 - Old Gaming - Intel C2D E6850?? ithink/ 8GB Ram/ 2 HDDs/ GTX 460 /DVDRw

Now the file server machine is going to stay with me and the old gaming I am going to try to sell.

I was thinking of keeping the 550 for my media server and leave the 750 with the gaming machine.

Thoughts?

I'd also leave the 750 with the gaming machine. That way someone could easily update the gaming machine in the future. In addition you don't need much power to run a server such as yours.

Doesn't really matter. Both those systems would be fine with a good 400W PSU, so it's up to you. I'd keep the Seasonic

I'd have kept the 750 just for futures sake. Unless reviews said the 550 was better in a significant way.

750 is bronze though and 550 is gold. ultimately depends on what you plan to do with them later on. 550 if staying the same
