which one sounds cooler??

PDP w/ XBL sounds cooler than both. Performs better too.
 
You're not OCing, so why not just value RAM? I posted a link to some good stuff in another thread of yours, I think.
 
There'll be a benchmark difference, but even that will be very slight, almost always <5%. You will not notice it in your usage of the computer, so it's a waste of good money.

OR..if you get a REALLY good deal on the Hyperx (the 3200ULK) thats is, just checked the link, the newegg *is* the ULK (which has the good samsung tccd chips)...but is an EXTREME waste of money for a few reasons:

For $270 you can get BETTER ram, eg. OCZ el 3200 rev2..the hyperx is good if you dont overclock, eg. up to 250 FSB/HTT...but as said...WAY to overpriced for its performance except you get a deal with a free game or the $45 rebate.

There is also PQI, PDP etc...but still...i dont know what you want with this ram if you dont overclock. Get value ram and use the saved $140 dollar for someting useful, either more ram or better gfx-card etc..

I would take that too. It is IMO the best PC3200 out there right now. And why someone would buy stuff that performs worse because it sounds cooler is beyond me.
