Which one of these two power supplies?

Based on the components in my sig below, which of these two power supplies do you think would be better, this one Directron.com or this one OCSystem.com. I'm currently using an Antec PP-303X in an Antec SX-830 case and I think I have just about pushed it to its limit. I think it may also be limiting my overclocking potential of my Shuttle AK31v3, AMD 1700+ XP and my OCZ PC2400 DDR (currently @ 11X145=1595 MHz, 2-3-3 1T).

BTW, I am wanting Dual Fans to help with cooling and something reasonably quiet, if one turns out to be a little loud I'll probably replace the PS fans.

Anybody use either of these two or have any knowledge of them?

Either seems fine, although for some reason I'd err towards the Directron one.

Consider an Enermax one before you decide though. One of their 350W models would be enough for your system.
