I am disappointed to say that I have read only one of the books in your list - Dracula. It is a great but long book.

Dracula is boring beyond belief, perhaps the only book I've ever not finished.

Great Expectations isn't that good.

Tom Sawyer is an easy and pretty good read, Huck Finn is more difficult (not very much so) but very good.

Moby Dick and Count of Mente Cristo I have no opinion over (haven't read them).

My recommendation is to read the Mark Twain books.

Hrmm...if I had to choose, I'd say Great Expectations or Moby Dick. Gotta get around to the latter sometime soon myself.

Either Huck Finn or Count of Monte Cristo.

Out of your choices you can't go wrong.

Monte Cristo! :) Makes for an interesting read....I found Huck Finn incredibly boring as was Great Expectations! Good books, from an academic point of view IMO.

Tom Sawyer, then Huck Finn. Though the latter (I think) has a lame ending.

Next, Moby Dick. Then start looking into Faulkner.

Moby Dick probably has the 'deepest' content.

Great Expectations and Huck & Finn ;) belong on everyone's must-have-read list.

I've read most of Mark Twain's novels and short stories and liked them, but never got around to Sawyer or Finn. Just being contrary I guess :)

I like the Twain books. Then Moby Dick next.

GE wasn't my favorite Dickens novel and Dracula was just average. Never read Count......
