Which one is more healthy

Chicken and turkey are the lowest in fat.

Fish and shellfish tend to be high in fat. (although they contain omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for you)

If I was going with the absolute healthiest of those, I would go with the turkey.

I'm pretty sure that some fish, like salmon, have more fat on them than a clean peice of chicken. Although I've read somewhere that shrimp has become a good choice to eat once or twice a week (I think this came out of a recent readers digest)... personally I would go with the chicken.

Seafood if you ask me.

If you are watching the calories too:

I think you should take a look at the amount of calories in each. If you find two with equal amount of calories, then you get the one with the lowest fat amount 😉

I think fish-fat is good for you. That's what I always heard that it's good for the brain. Anyways, the Japanese eat fish and they life frikken long from what I heard.

TUNA! TUNA! TUNA!

Seriously. Very high in protein, low in fat. Few calories. Omega-3's, very good for you. Although I only eat 2 or 3 cans a week. 😀
