Probably brand loyalty, I'm guessing. I like PNY's warranties, even if they haven't earned my trust though. Still, the 4400 makes more sense, but I guess you're going for the gold.

I think the PNY will cost less than the Visiontech does and it has Star Wars Starfighter free with it too.
But for software, MSI is going to have the best package.
For higher clocked cards, I would go with the Gainward or Asus card.

It just depends on what you want. The Gainward one looks the sweetest so far out of everything I've seen.

Thanks, but I am not asking about MSI, Asus, or Gainward.
From the PNY and Visiontek, which one is better?

Ok.
Both the VisionTek and PNY Tech. are going to be $399.99 at a local store. These are the only brans that they carry. I don't like to buy stuff online becuase I have bad memories. Once I ordered a sound card (Creative Sound Blaster Live! Value) and a video card (ATI Radeon LE 32MB) and I got the wrong sound card. I got an Sound Blaster 16 card which is under $20, and I got an ATI Rage 16MB PCI.
The sound card was from Newegg.com, and the video card was from www.googlegear.com

I know for SURE what I've ordered, I am not a dummy.
I called them both, and it took 3 weeks for me to return them both, and 5 weeks to get my money back. I paid with a Master Card.

So, as of this moment, it seems like the VisionTek is better.
Any more comments/opinion? Feel free!

Er....newegg accidently sent me a free IBM Deskstar (one of them in my sig) for free...um...other than that I haven't had any "bad" experiences online. But I had a fit when I saw that those ******** sent me an extra drive...what are they smokin? Anyway...I would order a gainward card...I'm sorry if you dont like my oppinion...but that's what it is... It is more common to have a good experience online than a bad one...especially from newegg.

Ok, can you pick either PNY or Visiontek?
Gainward are good, I know, but hard to get in local stores. Fry's is too far. 1 hour drive.
