He's right, they're both terrible. But I think the first one will be better, due to more onboard RAM. More onboard RAM means the video card doesn't have to go and access the slow system RAM.

Yeh, thats for sure unless you play at resolutions of 800x600. Still it will out perform a FX 5700 or 9600.
Suggest you find a cheap deals on 9800, 6600LE/GT maybe even a 5900XT (in the extreme cases).
