Which one is a better deal?

When I had my last cell phone I used to use around ~150 minutes/month.

Now I'm trying to choose between:
1. 39c/minute weekdays, 1c/minute weeknight/weekends (8pm-8am)
2. 40c/minute weekdays, 5c/minute weeknight/weekends (7pm-8am)


Seems like 1 is cheaper

It also depends on when you make the bulk of your calls...would there be a lot during 7-8pm? If so, 2 is better, because you'd get more free minutes.
