Which of these three

I hear tons of good stuff about Corsair. I'm stuck between which of these I should get with my other components.

Here're the other components I'm getting with it:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Socket 754
MSI nForce 3 250 K8N Neo Platinum
eVGA Limited Edition nVIDIA GeForce 6800 256 MB GDDR3, 256-Bit


I know, why socket 754? Well it's the only MSI board with nForce 3 250. I'll upgrade both motherboard and CPU later.

Also, are all my components perfectly compatible? Should I have any stability problems? Do I need extra cooling?
