Hmmm, seeing as to how we haven't even seen hardly anything concrete about the XBOX 360, and nothing at all about the PS3 and Revolution, I'll currently take my PSP. :D

Going with PS3 because of the already dominance in gaming compatibility, most games are released on more than one system nowadays so it dosn't matter....

SO. What about that nice HDTV that's sitting in your living room. They cost a pretty penny as well. Gaming is expensive both ways.

Do you know how many kids you could feed when buying a console game? $60 bucks could be going to the big brother/big sister foundations but you would rather blow your money on a worthless game. Or why don't you take your money and give it to a homeless person!

1) i will most likely never own a HDTV
2) most console games cost 50$, as well as most PC games
3) console gameing is much cheaper then PC gameing, so your arguement has no basis

i liked the first Xbox and the modding possibilities. As long as they keep the second Xbox similar in design (open to mods) - I would see myself wanting one. Fat chance of me ever getting one, but whatever. :)

You missed my argument. Put the money towards helping someone instead of playing video games!

Okay, so this poll seems pretty pointless considering:

1) We know next to nothing about the specs of all the consoles.
2) You can buy more than one anyway.

and the important one:
3) We know next to nothing about which games will be released for which consoles.

Honestly, it doesn't matter how great a console is if all the games for it are horrible. Wait and see what the games are going to be like for each console before going off on any evangelism.

If this was a real device made by Nintendo, I would skip the next gen consoles. Imagines playing RE4 or Metroid Prime on the road :)

But back to the question, I'll be getting the Revolution next gen.

Umm how about we wait till E3 when we actually learn what the systems are about?

Well, I'll have to see which ones are actually good and have good games, but I'll probably end up buying all 3 at some point. Can't beat the Nintendo 1st party games, the PS3 looks to have some killler features and should have plenty of games, and the X360 will have good games and good features too it looks like.

Everything is all just rumor still, but at XB360 launch there is going to be at least 15 games. Microsoft has learned a lot since they first started making console systems... With the money they can pour into it, XB360 will clean the floor with PS3 and anything that joke called Nintendo puts out.

You can do a lot more with the current Xbox than you can with PS2 or GC. There's gonna be so much more you can do on the XB360.

PS3 because the controls are always so much better than the competition, with their big fat ugly controllers with buttons placed at awkward angles.
