I already have a PC with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 4090, that I want to dedicate for Flight Simulator, so I don't really need a 2nd PC with good gaming capabilities. I just want a secondary PC for general usage. I was considering these two systems listed below:

or

I can also build my own but I like the case that comes with the two listed above systems as the case they carry as sold separate is the windowed version and I prefer a solid panel which is the version of the case these systems come with. I also have some spare SSD's that I'm not using. I want good Linux compatibility.

In general, a close call but as of 2023, people still recommended Intel for Plex transcoding:

The AMD unit has a 1TB SSD, but the Intel one has a 500W PSU (vs puny 400W). Linux compatibility should be great for 3 year old platforms.

The AsRock motherboard reviews on Newegg are pretty rough; so that might be a pass?

I'm using my Nvidia Shield as a dedicated Plex Media Server currently and will only be using Plex for 2 or 3 more months. I don't need transcoding as the devices I used to stream them support the formats that I use natively and my upload speed is more than enough to not required transcoding to lower the bitrates. 400w should be enough for a Ryzen 7 5700G, onboard graphics, an SSD, Wi-Fi card, a case fan, 2 DIMMS, and a motherboard? I don't plan to add a dedicated graphics card.

What's a better option, that PowerSpec G734 system or this:

Ryzen 5 7600
MSI Mortar B650 micro ATX motherboard
32GB Crucial Pro DDR5-6000 (will run it at 5200 adhering to AMD's official specs)
Lian Li Lancool 170m micro ATX case
Corsair RM 750e power supply

I won't be able to get the non-windowed version of the case if I decide to build the system. I also have a spare 250GB NVMe.
