Which of these cards would you get?

I am looking at getting a PCI TV tuner expansion card for my PC. I have narrowed my choice down to three cards based on price and features mainly. Here are the choices:

Hauppauge WinTV-pci
ATI TV Wonder
AVerMedia TV/FM98 Stereo

I like the Hauppauge and AVerMedia the most because they support dbx stereo. Is this feature really important though? To help in the decision making process, this is what I will be using the card for. I will be using it in my second PC to act like a TIVO. I am using PowerVCR II as the program, which records in MPEG2 format and has features such as pause live TV. I think it will support all of these cards mentioned above because I think they all use the BT878 chipset. I will probably run a common OS like Win98SE on this PC so drivers (hopefully) should not be a huge issue as long as they make solid drivers.

OK, with that having been said, what are your recommendations?
