Which of these 6950's would you choose?

All 4 cost about the same. You get $10 promotional gift cards with HIS or XFX. All have rebates to deal with. XFX is the only one with lifetime warranty, which is also transferable when you sell the card. So at the same price, I'd go with XFX without question.

Yeah, they are the same cards except for the decals. The only thing separating them is the support from the board partners. XFX has the best warranty.

XFX, though you can probably find a better sale and save at least $20 within the next 5 days.

It's unanimous.
Just placed my order for the XFX

It's not worth $20 for me to wait for a better deal.
I'm doing a new build and all my parts should be here by Monday, so I want to get going as soon as possible. I originally ordered a 6870, but after I started looking into Eyefinity and salivating over the idea of a 3x1 setup sometime in the near future, I figured I should get a 6950 with 2GB at a bare minimum.

From my own personal experience, XFX is the best, Sapphire is the worst (when it comes to RMAs). I would like to give HiS a try in the future because they are well known for having very good cooling on their cards, but I probably won't until they start offering lifetime warranty, till then... XFX all the way!

Yeah, definitely the XFX, good choice. Can't beat the double lifetime warranty for an extra $5.

Sapphire seems to get pretty good reviews, but now that I think about it, the only video card that ever died on me was a Sapphire X1950XT. It lasted about 3 years, then when it died, I had to put my 4 year old X700 back in that machine and it's still running fine.

I had a fairly poor tech support experience with Sapphire ~1yr ago that made me about 80% less likely to buy their products since and for a few more years. Couldn't get anyone on the phone, couldn't find live chat support, email support just gave short, unhelpful, scripted responses, and from the fine print I read, as ridiculous and unlikely as it seems, it appeared I would have had to pay international shipping to Taiwan for RMA. Thankfully for both parties I resolved the issue myself without RMA (not what I was planning on immediately requesting had I got a hold of competent support).
