I think 1 is too bright (the spark things), but 2 is too dark.

2 is better, because 1 looks like I turned up the contrast too much, but 2 is also a bit too dark for a nice company.

I disagree... drop shadows are rarely used in professional logos.

I like #1, but it's too bright in total. A nice mixture would be #1's sparks on #3, but you gotta make the "Click. Connect. Serve." show up more. Maybe a white font would work

yea, on #3 i just changed the brightness and wanted another version up that was lighter, i didnt think about the lettering.

Keep the background on 3 but lighten up the orange and the flares, and make the print a little larger as well.

I'd go for something between 1 and 3. 1 is too bright, 3 is too dark.
