which of these 2 boards are more user friendly

I have not had success in getting my AGP slot to run anything but my old card so its time to swap MB's I am looking to keep my current hard ware other than MB and vid card...
I have narrowed it down to these 2 boards.

first....
EVGA model

Second....
MSI Neo model


I know the egg has the evga as out of stock but micro center has them in stock, that being said I am not sure which is the easier of the 2 to use, I am not looking for sli though the board looks like a nice one.

also I am in need of one of those lil speakers that connect to the MB so you can hear the beeps if there is an error, or does onboard audio do that as well?
