Which OC setup is better?

Here is my setup:
Epox 9npa+ultra
opteron 146 +XP120 with 120mm fan
OCZ ddr500 2x1gb 3-4-3-8

After 2 days of work on my new computer I've got 2 results:

280X10=2800 @1.62v with memory timings 3-3-3-6 @233.3mhz prime95 stable

or
265X10=2650 @1.58v with memory timings 2.5-3-3-6 @220mhz prime95 stable

The question is which setup is better?

Acutally you are adding 150 mhz(2650 to 2800) which is definately better. Going from CAS 3 to 2.5 isnt that big a deal.
