bench press is good for chest.
close grip push ups are good. Do them on your knuckles. Make a fist with your hand and then do press ups. Have your hands ONLY shoulder width apart then go right down. I would advise sticking a tennis ball on the floor and make sure your chest touches it every time you go down. This is great for the top of your chest and tri ceps.
Flys when on the bench are good.
have your back on a bench then a dumbell in each hand and then move from horizontal position with yoru body and the floor. So your arms are parallel to the floor then slowly raise up so that your arms are parallel. Do be careful. Start on a VERY low weight as if you haven't done this before your muscles here WILL be very weak. You dont' want to hurt yourself. Repeat and do 10-15x and 3 sets. Also make sure you have no longer then 90seconds of rest period. This will make you train harder and at a higher level then if you rested for longer.
rest is for the weak!
