I wanthave SATA2 3G/s although its really not that fast right now but think it will in the future.Thats why i choose nf4 ultra and not non-ultra.
I would also overclock a little as i possess a water cooler for graphic card and cpu.
That gigabyte SLI is because th price is the same as other boards. I cant have any other brand as its not available in my hometown.
This is the first time i try to assemble a pc on my own, so i might get into trouble about jumpers if it is too difficult.
Cant buy DFI NF4 ULTRA-D or MSI NEO4 PLATINUM cos its out of my budget.

my other specs:-
AMD 3000+
Geforce 6800GS/Sapphire X800GTO2
2X512 mb ram
1XSATA2 80Gb
Coolermaster 430W

FUTURE upgrade using the same motherboard( in 1 to 1 1/2 yr time):-
AMD dual core
Geforce 8000 series or ATI directx 10 card
2X1GB ram or 4X512mb ram
2XSATA2 RAID 0

My guess would be the AN8 Ultra, because of its passive cooling... They aren't great overclockers, but not too shabby either... BTW, with a watercooling setup, why don't you want to overclock a bit more extreme?

Another choice would be the EPoX EP-9NPA+ Ultra, or the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum... Both are very good too (although they feature an actively cooled NB fan)...

None of the ones listed is really bad, so pick the one you can lay your hands on for the lowest price... You know the DFI and Abits are orientated to enthusiasts and overclockers, while the Asus and GigaByte are buying you a stable mobo without the tons of OCing options, whereas the Foxconn is more an entry-level board...

My guess would be the AN8 Ultra for its passive chipset cooling, but that's just me... Either one of those will do just great for you...
