which NF4 mobo

OK guys i've the rest of my spree in my online basket but there's 3 NF4 mobos of similar price and I'm not sure if one really stands out for it's price.

Simply put which would you pick out of an Asus A8N-E, MSI K8N Neo4-F or ABit KN8 Ultra? If I decided I wanted to max my CPU out would one o/c further? Is one known to be a lot more stable? The only difference I can see is the Abit has SATA II.

If you can, pick a NEO 4 Platinum as it has Nforce 4 Ultra Chipset, the latest chipset for single video card.

I would suggest Abit KN8 Ultra or the MSI (if possible the NEo 4 Platinium)

I've been searching for past threads on these boards and the KN8 Ultra has got a fair bit of loving on here (more so than the other 2 it seems) and it has an ultra chipset.

I can't find any Neo4 Platinum boards here in England now, they seem to have been retired for the SLI diamond version.
