True. I really wonder what the casual gamers are thinking right now. Yes, the Playstation name will still carry a great deal of weight, but the sticker shock obviously will be the problem. And once more people actually get to try the Wii, I can see the hype just get even bigger.
 
playstation 3 because of the bluray player and backwards compatibility with all my old ps1 and ps2 games in case my ps2 breaks down. Also being able to play a few new games is nice

I really dont want a next gen console, but it would be nice to have a 1280x720 player for my HDtv LCD
