Question Which new CPUs with integrated graphics can drive three high resolution displays?

Building a new SFF PC and looking to drive three monitors with the CPU's onboard graphics.

Which CPUs am I looking at that will be able to do this?

As for the AMD options... I'm not up speed on them as they traditionally required a GPU to be added.

AMD's integrated video is quite superior to Intels. As for 3 monitors, I see the problem in connectivity, as both only have one place to connect on the motherboard.

That's not true. The display outputs depend on the board. This LGA 1700 board has 2 HDMI and 2 Display Port. Dunno how high of a resolution you'd be able to get out of it but Alder Lake does support 4 displays.

Thanks ! My ASUS Z690 Prime D4 only has one HDMI and one displayport, and I assumed only one of the 2 would be active.

Vega integrated graphics supports a maximum of 4 displays (so 3 external monitors if the laptop screen is also open). I believe up to 4K 60Hz for each. This has been possible since, at least, Cape Verde so Vega should be able to do it too (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Any 2000,3000,4000,5000 series Vega APU (desktop or laptop) can accomplish this (in theory anyway). The limitation is the number of ports on your motherboard or laptop.

Intel can do 3840x2160@60Hz on 3 displays back to Haswell. Again, the limitation is going to be the laptop or motherboard I/O in question.
