Just any Human has some responsibilities of their choices...Depending what thei choosen government doing on International Level......
Anyone is more or less directly or indirectly responsible for their choices...
George Bush didn't kill himself over 100,000 iraqi people...

Nuremberg Trial was not about people of Germany who did choose A.Hitler as their leader...

However, people - plain humans indirectly participated in all of those atrocities - WWII, War In Iraq...

I don't think I can pick a government anywhere that doesn't need some serious adjustments. With that said the USA is currently falling behind in a lot of categories. Our government is in need of a massive overhaul.
