I'm looking forward to both, both Xmen and Spiderman got better with their sequels, even if they go down with the 3rd movies they'll still most likely be very good. The concern with X3 is a possible loss of key Xmen such as Jackman and Berry who are a little more high profile than they were for the first 2 (although Berry doing catwoman definately seems evidence enough that she's willing to accept a part that isn't a sure award winner, however Storm's role isn't exactly a star part)

Berry already dropped, hopefully they will get someone that can act for the part now.

Who is Berry?

Halle Berry...

I'm more looking forward to X3, but I really like the Spidey movies too.

Spiderman 3 for me. I watched all four of them in theather: X1 + X2, Spiderman 1 and 2, and I like Spiderman better. It will be interesting to see the next one from both franchises.

X3 all the way!

Spiderman 2 wasn't that great, too much overblown symbolism that was disrespectful to the intelligence of the viewer.

Sure it was a great mass consumerism type movie, but I think it was over-hyped.

thats my reason for wanting to see the sm movie more than x3. and i didnt even really like the first sm movie. buty w/o singer, the whole flow and vision will be new and different. i like continuity in a series (with the exception of what cuarón did do the harry potter world in 'prisoner of azkaban' )

If its between a X3 Phoenix movie and Spiderman 3 Hobgoblin movie I'll go with X3.

The only way I would want to see the Spiderman movie more is if Venom is the villain.

I saw Spidey 2 in the theaters and thought it was pretty good. I just rented it thru netflix this week and realized that aside from the Doc Ock fight scenes it really sucked. Peter's stupid light-switch on/off of his abilities, retarded scenes like "raindrops" and MJ running in her wedding gown, etc. It was crap.

X3 as long as it keeps up with the quality of the first two.

I thought Spidey 2 was the best Super Hero movie ever when I saw it in the theater. I bought the DVD this week and I don't really like it as much anymore. Some parts just dragged. My Dad hated it, but he didn't like Spidey 1 much either. Its still a great movie, but I guess seeing it on the "big screen" made it better, who knows.

I hope X3 is as good as the first 2, but i doubt it since Singer's not directing it.
