Which Motherboard?

I am looking into building a new system (recycyling my hard-drive, CD-ROM drive, disk drive and PC 133 memory from a previous system).

I will primarily use the system for web-surfing and mp3 playing.
I am considering one of the Athlon XPs.

A few questions:
Which Motherboard should I buy (based on the fact I want to continue using my PC 133 memory for now)?
Which graphic card?
Reputably online stores to buy from?
