Socket 775... Yes
Integrated video... Yes
Integrated audio... Yes

But I don't think you'll find one that uses DDR2

I was weirded out a bit because AMD doesn't have dual core for 775. Then I realized you were talking Intel. Must be the lack of sleep. What your looking for is a 955 or 945 intel chipset. Run over to newegg, click their motherboard section and enter your specs. The most I saw were intel boards, but there was one gigabyte board sitting there. These are some options:
