I'm leaning towards the MSI nf3 board myself. For a smaller budget I would go with an abit based on the via chipset. I think they are around $70.

I'd go EPoX 8KDA3J for $96.00.

It is stable and caters to the overclocking community, and at $96.00 it's a steal. The nF3 250 chipset is the best out there for Socket 754, so do yourself a favor and stay far away from the SiS based boards and rethink purchasing a VIA based one.

I decided to go with the K8T Neo-FIS2R Mainboard, there is a brand of RAM called Legend and it works great with this board, my local pc shop has build 8 systems with out a thing going wrong. The legend RAM is the same speed as a Geil Value series Ram but has no heat covering thing so I wont be over clocking it. I dont over clock anyway.
