Which motherboard?

Need some help deciding which motherboard to get from the following:

Gigabyte GA P35-DS3L
ASUS P5K SE iP35
Asus P5KC
Foxconn P35A

What I need is something which is solid and reliable and of good design (no chunky video cards hitting heat sinks etc).

What I dont need is SLI/crossfire or wireless.

Any opinions on what would be best?

EDIT: Forgot to add that overclocking is not a priority for me.
