Which motherboard is better?

I am trying to decide which board is better for my D0 stepping i7 920 retail chip. I want to do a little of overclocking and would like some input before I make the decision.

I love my Gigabyte EX58-UD4P. It doesn't like overclocking with 12GB of RAM, but that's with the Core i7 most likely. I've failed overclocking several times but the board boots up every single time.

I have an issue posted here, and after the service I haven't been getting from Asus, I'd say the Gigabyte, hands down.

I have a UD5, similar board, I would say go for the UD4P or UD5. UD5 is just slightly fancier 😀

After the squealing that GIGABYTE X58 boards exhibit, go for the ASUS.
