In the 21-22" range, the Iiyama 510 is supposed to be really good. So are the Sony's.

I just purchased the Iiyama Visionmaster Pro 510 from Iiyama Direct, refurbised for $810 with shipping. This monitor is unbelieveable... I've never seen anything like it. Yes, it was expensive, but it's so amazing to use. Tons of features, and the ability to do 2048x1536 @75hz is crazy! (Note: Personally I think it's WAYYYY to small to be of any use, but the fact that it can do it is nuts :)

And the quality of their refurbished product is amazing.. I'd swear up and down that it was new. Ok I'll stop talking :) It's easy to go on about this monitor.. it's excellent!

I love my refurbished Sony E400 and would highly recomend it, or any of the other Sony monitors with the true flat Trinitron FD tubes. Amazing picture quality and good refresh rates at high res.
