Which monitor is better?

My mom found a 17'' LCD by Sharp on staples.com for $199 AR, free shipping here.

However, I know dell is damn good with LCD's (they seem to be pretty popular around here) and checked out their 17'' E173FP, which is $209 shipped, here.

Which one is the better buy?

I would wait for one of dell's deals on monitors and get the ultra sharp version of that monitor.
