Which mobo?

I have two mobos infront of me and I can't decide which one to put my XP1700 into. One is FIC's AN11 and the other is Abit's KG7. I don't use Raid so that don't matter. What matters to me is the overall performance and tweaking (Overclocking etc.). Any suggestions? Oh yeah, and please tell me why! Thanks!

KG7 Hands down.. that's suppose to be one of the best Athlon platforms available, period.
