Which mobo would this video card fit better?

lol, you seem to be posting all over the place.
That looks like a 2-slot cooler so either way you're going to lose whatever slot is directly below the PCI-e slot (normally a PCI-e x1 slot.)
As far as the southbridge is concerned, my Accelero S1 has zero problems with the DS3P's southbridge heatsink, I don't know about that particular heatsink though. If you can find the measurements, you can compare it with the Accelero. If it's smaller, you'll definitely have enough clearance.
