Which mobo is better?

I have a dilema here. I need help picking out a mobo for P4 2.4ghz processor. Here are my choices so far:

MSI 845GE Max-L ($95)
ASUS P4PE with SATA, IEEE 1394 ($119)
EPOX EP-4GEA+ ($135)

I would go with the Asus the PE boards are fast and for $119 you cant go wrong.

Thanks for your inputs. I will be checking on that mobo and see if I can find it cheaper at the Computer fair this weekend.

I am also thinking about getting an ASUS P4PE. There are a few dirrerent flavors of it. Which is the better one? Also how much performance am I losing (if any) with the P4 using PC2700 ram as apposed to RAMBUS or Duel Channel?

Get the one that best suits your needs if you want the SATA and Lan etc etc get it. As for your memory your pc2700 will run fine unless you want to overclock with high fsb like 150 to 160 and up, you might even get 150 with the ram but you have to try and see. As for the Rambus question Rambus runs faster out of the box but with a good overlcock and memory timings its easy to get DDR performing at Rambus speeds.
