I need to put together a couple of Inexpensive AMD XP1800 systems and I have a lot of PC133 laying around . What mobos you recommend for the XP/SDRAM combo ?

I'd go with an ECS K7VMM because you might want to upgrade to DDR later and it has most everything integrated... it should perform as well as most KT266A mobos with DDR. Also, the K7VMMs are cheaper. But there's always the ECS K7S5A. OK.

If you want to stick with pc133 ram then you can get the MSI K7T turbo2. It will also do the XP 2600+. This is a great MB. Fast and stable.

The usual suspect would be ECS K7S5A. Runs up to XP2600+ CPUs, has onboard LAN and sound, and offers the upgrade path to DDR RAM. If it has to be REALLY inexpensive systems, you can use their M810L board with integrated-everything, there even is a M810CL model that has a (non-upgradeable) Duron CPU and fan right out of the box too.
