Which memory for overclocking

I am going to get another board and plan to overclock and I want some opinions on memory.

I am looking at two 256MB modules - still torn on a dual channel 875P or a BH7. Since I am getting another 2.66 I may even go with a GB board if the price gets lowered enough.

CMX256A-3200LLPT - $164 per pair
CMX256A-3500C2PT - $150 for two modules
OCZ466256EL - $150 for two modules

I am not planning on going much over 200MHz on memory but have heard several horror stories on getting any memory to work that high at aggressive timings.

Opinions?

I went with Corsair DDR400 XMS CAS2 RAM. OC'ed it to DDR425 with 2 5 2 2 timings. Its stable and passed every test i threw at it. But, this RAM is not cheap. I saw similar RAM from Kingston for about $30 cheaper so you may want to compare the two.

Edit:
Here is a good article from Extremetech about the 875 chipset.

I've got 512MB Corsair PC3200C2, same stuff Cerberus8080 has. I haven't found it's limit since my processor is holding me back. I was running just fine at DDR400 with the most aggressive memory timings possible. I can imagine the Low Latency stuff is even better! Good quality memory coming from Corsair these days.

I'm still suspect about OCZ stuff. Too many horror stories, customer service issues, and lies a while back.
