Which memory 2x1GB should I buy

I know that the Patriots and OCZ use the same chips. And based on the timings and voltage, the GSkills will also be using the same chips, Infineon. Thus, you can't lose with any of them. I'd go Patriots b/c they're the smaller of the two US based companies, plus they use their newer heat-spreaders.

Yessir.. I have the OCZ Gold, which has the slightly more relaxed timings, and I really do love the RAM.. it works perfectly! This day and age it's quantity over speed. 2GB kicks ass!

Reviews and other forums where folks take off the headspreaders to find out. You can also add Mushkin's HP 2-3-2-5 2gb kit uses the same chips.

FWIW - you really can't go wrong with any of them. All have execellent customer support to boot.
