You don't throw the same things I do at it obviously. 😛

It cannot, simply cannot play files with multiple audio tracks. It plays every audio track you have all at once, no language selection. Sucks.

WMP10 for me is the worst, because it offers the least amount of features... the following video players are better...

Media Player Classic, VLC, Zoom Player, BS Player, The Core, etc
 
Remember this though, everyone.

The player has nothing to do with what formats you can play, that's up to what CODECs you have installed. If you install a DivX codec, pretty much every modern media player that's able to play any video through DirectShow, will play it. The only thing that matters with the individual media player itself are features. Things like interface, zoom, language selection, proper aspect ratio selection, full screen, etc These rely on the player. Whether you can play FLAC or OGM files does not depend on the player.

And I have a problem with VLC not loading subtitles properly. I haven't tried WMP10 with multiple audio tracks, but if you can give me an example, I'll see if I can get it to work. I can definitely switch tracks with DVD movies.

So can you get one big zip file with ALL the codecs, install it, and have them all run through WMP?
 
I think I'm in the minority, but I like Realplayer. After a few tweaks to stop it from phoning home and stuff, it works pretty well. I find the interface easy to use, and I listen to some Realplayer only streaming broadcasts.
