which Manufacturer is better

there is so many manufacturer for video card, im just wondering which one is good. im looking for new video card and can't decide, im also under budget ($110). just can't affort the first parties manufacturer.
here is some manufaturer that produce a video card that fit my budget:
eVGA
MSI
gecube (info-tek)
powercolor

i dunno if it would help but here is what im running
p4 @ 3ghz
512mb ram ddr2700
radeon 9550 agp 128mb (no ideas who made it, stole it from older brother)
also
halflife2 and farcry run fine, but i having problem with doom3 play it for first 5min the it freez up (unable to even pass the first level).

hl2 and FC run ok on a 9550? what res are you using?

anyway, i would try to grab a 9600XT or a 9700 if possible, regardless of manufacterer

res on half life 2 and Farcry im running at 1024 by 768
