which make worse yellow teeth? coffee or ovatine?

i have habit of come home and drink hot coffee while sitting in front of computer screen playing mmorpg every night for 4 years now. now i realize that my teeth is so yellow.

i am thinking to switch to ovatine since i just want any hot beverage while sit comfortably on computer playing mmorpg or watch movie on the screen. i was thinking of hot tea but in the past everytime i drink..... i have trouble taking a sheet. like it made hard to come out. eww disgust myself. ok lets skip that part.

so hot coffee with half and half or hot ovatine with half and half/milk? which make our teeth more yellow?

Ovaltine is pure sugar making it hard to recommend. You're right, though, the coffee stains your teeth. So will dark teas. I was going to suggest white tea but if that gives you stomach problems, maybe not.

I'll just say this: drinking water is best for you and you will notice your teeth get whiter over time.

Anything dark is going to stain your teeth. This include sodas that are dark.
Since I quit dranking sweet tea and dont like un-sweet tea, plus quit dranking coke and pepsi. I have noticed my teeth are much brighter now.
If I do have a soda, its a diet 7up and I limit myself to just one of those a week on overage.

Like I said ovaltine has too much sugar. Even if it didn't darken your teeth as much, the extra sugar you're adding to your diet isn't worth the trade. Is there a sugar-free ovaltine?

If you're really just going for a hot beverage, green tea or white teas (as opposed to black teas) would be good to drink. They won't stain your teeth. The other option is terrible - it may not stain your teeth, but it will increase your risk of diabetes.

Since this is the Health and Fitness forum, I'd recommend skipping the coffee/roundtine and gaming session every night and workout instead. Your body (and teeth) will be better off. :)

yeah i was thinking to workout too to balance the hot beverage routine out.

i must have hot beverage while on the computer screen. not just gaming.... surf cnn and bbc ect... i cant just read. i need to sip on something while surfing news. it makes comfortable.

so hot tea is less worse than hot coffee and hot ovatine? i might give hot tea another chance and see if it make trouble to go to bathroom. i never heard of white tea untill now. i will look up white tea.
